BOOKING & POLICY NOTE

To secure your event date at Rancho Los Flores, we require:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract.

  • Event insurance (can be obtained through your preferred provider, or we can assist with recommendations).

  • Security service that must be provided by the event organizer, tailored to the size and type of your event.

  • Signed contract and agreement to our venue policies and disclaimer, which will be provided during the booking process.
