BOOKING & POLICY NOTE
To secure your event date at Rancho Los Flores, we require:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract.
Event insurance (can be obtained through your preferred provider, or we can assist with recommendations).
Security service that must be provided by the event organizer, tailored to the size and type of your event.
Signed contract and agreement to our venue policies and disclaimer, which will be provided during the booking process.
